Safety Valve

Pressure relief valves usually use spring-loaded diaphragms to protect pressure systems (such as boilers or pipes) from overpressure conditions. For example, they can also release the pressure inside the storage tank. The main specifications include valve type, port connection, valve size, pressure rating, intended use and materials of construction.

Safety valves are used in pneumatic compressors, gas lines, and cryogenic systems-in short, any place where overpressure or under-pressure may occur. The pressure and vacuum safety valves operate automatically, but they can be manually driven for testing. Atmospheric safety valve is used on the condenser. The surge control valve is a safety valve designed to reduce damage to the hydraulic system due to hydraulic surge.

Solenoid Valve

The solenoid valve is an electromechanical device mainly used in oil and air systems to remotely stop and start fluid flow. They rely on electromechanical solenoid valves for direct or pilot operation. They are not normally used for proportional flow control. The main specifications include valve type, port number, port configuration, port connection, valve size, construction material, pressure rating and input voltage.
Solenoid valves are used to drive hydraulic jacks, control hydraulic cylinders on trucks, and control the flow of water, oil or solvent through the pipeline system. They are also widely used in pneumatic systems. The solenoid lock valve is designed to lock the air valve in place without the need to maintain power on the solenoid valve
